What is the cost to attend?
The event itself is free and meals will be provided. The only potential expense is for travel and lodging.
Can I bring a colleague or guest who would be interested in attending the training?
While we appreciate the opportunity to educate more people on the technical aspects of steelmaking, this is an exclusive event by design; we are intentionally keeping it small so that we can give everyone the best experience possible. We do have more training events being planned, though, so please connect with your TSE to share the contact info of anyone who would be interested in a future event.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will not be provided. Each attendee will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the summit.
What do I need to bring for the mill tour?
Please wear mill appropriate clothing including closed toe shoes for the tour. Jackets, hard harts, glasses, gloves, and ear protection will be provided.
Which airport would you recommend flying into?
Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport services most major airlines and is only a 40-minute drive to Charter Steel.
